The majority of employees (54%) want it. Many employers aren’t so sure. As many as 40% of employees say their organization has not yet communicated any vision for post-pandemic work, and 28% say they only received vague information.

The Hybrid Work Model: It’s Not All or Nothing

Hybrid work models come in four flavors. You need to determine which will be best for your organization:
